Healthcare Feed Triage

Privacy and data handling

The extension reads the file you name on your computer. It does not upload that file to ref(health).

What the extension accesses

When you ask Claude to inspect a file, the local extension reads that CSV or FHIR Bundle. It does not scan other files, write to the file, or make network requests. It keeps no database or log of file contents.

The tool returns aggregate counts, event-type or Encounter-status categories, delivery-window results where receipt times exist, and up to 30 row-numbered findings. It omits patient IDs, event IDs, file paths, and raw records from its result. Claude receives the result as part of your conversation, under the privacy terms of your Claude account or organization.

Use synthetic or approved de-identified data. Do not use PHI unless your organization has approved both Claude and this extension for that use.

Website measurement and support

The product page uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and download clicks. The download event contains no file path or feed content. Website analytics are separate from the extension; the extension sends no telemetry to ref(health).

For questions, security concerns, or deletion requests related to information you voluntarily send us, email [email protected]. The extension itself stores no user data for us to delete.
